Thanks for the idea Dave. I've been grasping at straws for new ideas
lately. I have plenty of smoked meat on hand, most of it ****k butt.
I didn't pull the last batch I cooked to allow more options for
presentation.
I cooked two butts, four slabs of spares and two racks of beef back ribs
in the last go, so there's plenty of source material for meals on a
moments
notice.
For openers I'm thinking about a potato slab topped with pulled ****k
and then marinara sauce topped finally with cheese. I could call it
barbecue
on a boat.
