S'mores Brownies
-
This would be IDEAL to have the 'Grand Angels' 'help' you make when they
come to visit.....OR just for the 'kid' that 'lurks' inside us all !

1 lg box of brownie mix, eggs, oil & water. 1 box of Graham Crackers.
1 bag of Mini Marshmallows
1 12 oz bag of Toll House Chocolate Morsels

Pre-heat oven to 350=B0 F. Spray a 13 X 9 inch baking pan with veggie
spray. Cover pan bottom with _whole_ graham crackers, breaking only to
fill in spaces if needed. Mix brownie mix iaw package. Pour mix over
crackers; bake iaw pkg directions. When finished cooking, sprinkle 1/2
bag of marshmallows over brownies. (More if needed, but you want to
leave some space for the chocolate chips!) Sprinkle 1/2 bag of T/H
morsels over marshmallows. (Add whole bag if you really love chocolate!)
Return to oven; continue to bake 10 - 15 min more or until marshmallows
are toasted brown. Remove & cool thoroughly. Cut by dipping a sharp
knife into hot water before slicing. Makes 16 lg or 24 sm brownies.

Prep Note: Don't worry about the added baking time. The graham crackers
keep the brownies super moist !
Serving suggestion: To use as a dessert; place on a plate and top with
a scoop of Choco-chip ice cream ...or for the 'dedicated'
choco-holic....a BIG scoop of Double Dutch Chocolate ice cream !
