Spinach Casserole
40 oz. frozen spinach, thawed (drain if watery)
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c butter, melted and divided
2 c seasoned bread crumbs*
1 c shredded parmesan cheese
paprika
Combine the spinach, cream cheese, parmesan and 1/4 c melted butter.
Spoon
into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and paprika.
Drizzle the rest of the butter (1/4 c). Bake at 350* for a half hour.
* I make my own bread crumbs from old rolls or bread, salt, pepper, and
garlic powder.
