Coleslaw

1 small head cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 carrot, grated
Preparation -
Grate or finely shred the cabbage. Combine all other ingredients & blend
thoroughly. Pour over the grated cabbage. For best taste, refrigerate
for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
