My freezer stays right around 0 degrees F.  Nothing  with alcohol will
freeze at 0 degrees C.

I tried making beer cubes about a year ago. The theory was to chill a warm
beer with those and not water down the beer as they melted.  Even beer
didn't freeze all that hard in the icecube tray.

I've got two half cups of wine semi-frozen for more cooking. I won't wait
a
LONG time though....maybe 2 weeks at the most and that should be fine
since
it will be mixed with food flavors too.
