Thank you, I cook with wine quite abit.  I would have never thought to 
freeze the remaining wine. That is an excellant idea. It was always a 
problem to open a bottle of wine and use what I need and then have to
dicard 
the rest.  ( I can't drink wine, I'm allergic to it.) Cooking with wine
does 
not bother me.
