I'm not going to make it then until I can find the saffron to make it
with.

I'm in a small city in the Northeast. We have 3 large grocery stores
in this area and I've searched them all. They all carry McCormick of
course, as well as other brands, but there is no saffron on the
shelves in any of them. It's weird. 

I just remembered there's a natural foods store in town now. I'll be
checking them out next. 

Thanks again. I guess the paella is just going to have to wait. ;-)
