Grilled ***in Rubbed Sirloin Steaks with Salsa Fresca Recipe

Ingredients
For the salsa:
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
dash Tabasco sauce, optional
For the steaks:
1 teaspoon ground ***in
1 clove garlic, very finely minced
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
4 top sirloin steaks, about 4 ounces each
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
Cooking Instructions
For the salsa:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic,
cilantro and lime juice. (This can be made in advance and refrigerated
until ready to serve.)
For the steak:
1. In a small bowl, combine the ***in, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Rub the steaks with the ***in mixture and refrigerate until ready
to cook.
3. Preheat the grill to high.
4. Cook the steaks on the grill to the desired doneness, about 5
minutes per side for medium doneness. Transfer the steaks to a
platter.
5. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime wedge on each steak. Garnish the steaks
with Salsa Fresca and the remaining lime wedges.
