Pillaging a data base?

by Joseph Littleshoes <jpstifel@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 5, 2008 at 02:07 PM

Gratis DIctum:

Tried to get a recipe from Americas test kitchen to day.

http://www.americastestkitchen.com/recipehome.asp

The data base of recipes used to be free, now it costs $30 a year to
access, but if you go to the log in page and then leave, a pop up window
will offer you a 1 day free trial, needless to say while i was only
looking for one recipe to day i found a bunch and will probly spend a
couple of hours just browsing to see what of interest i can find.

Jamaican spice rub

This make-ahead spice rub is delicious on grilled chicken; it makes

the rub will remain potent for up to three months.

3 tablespoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons ground coriander

1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
