This is coming out late again for I and a doctor had a follow-up
visit.
Had some issues come up and will be working to resolve them during my
spring break.
Now on the school front med-term grades are out and they are a D, from
the course that I switched to pass/fail for credit and the instructor
that told me "you know I could still fail you" in private, A's in both
ceramics courses, and a C in the Health Science, which gets me up and
over the 2.0 that I was just under and flirting with.
Monday we started on the reproductive systems both male and female in
the Health Science course and we were asked to give the instructor a
questions she could research and give an answer on about it to get out
the door. I asked about tubal pregnancies, there is a family history
of
it, and She looked at it and said "I never even mentioned this, great
question." Wednesday it was snowing so hard that I decided it would
be
better not to risk breaking another bone and stayed home.
Tuesday we took our first test in the class I got a d in so even
though
I woke with a 24 hour bug yesterday and never made it out the door I
know I did well enough on the test to garner the D. Ceramics we
discussed starting glazing and frankly I don't worry about ceramics!
Its a hands on class and when all factors are working I do great.
Unfortunately the good days are way out numbered by the bad and so I
have a lot of restarts but enough to garner the A's! Tuesday I was
throwing clay into sawdust to make unformed slabs and came up with a
Manta Ray like image so am going to use it. Had another member of the
class come up and be my retriever so I didn't have to fight to keep
balance and pick sawdusted clay to throw again into the pile of
sawdust.
Until next week.
