Well I managed to get all the work done that needed to be done and
turned in! Two 15oo word written re****ts, 10 math problems with
detailed explanations of how I did the work and one rewrite on the one
re****t that had been turned in already and that I got a D on. The
rewrite has been returned. C+ on it and the comment of that if my
evaluations had been a bit stronger it would have garnered a B. This
is the class that I am biting nails in because I keep flunking the
tests due to vision problems. The instructor is moving me to right in
front of the screen for the slides for this next test to see if that
helps any. He knows I will accept a D and be grateful for it; I
forgot to change the class to a pass/fail for credit; I will do that
for the second half next semester. However; I feel secure that I will
manage to pull the D out of the had because attendance and activity in
class counts towards the overall grade and its not like I sit like a
bump on a log there.
On the home front I managed to partially piss off my landlord.
knocking on my door Monday expecting me to have the place already to
have new carpet put in. He hand't bothered to check his voice mail
and get the message declining it. He tried telling me I couldn't do
that> I told I could and was; I had too much work to do to pull my
computer offline for 24 to 48 hours. If it had been today there would
have been no problem; I have all papers done and turned in. He
apologized for his attitude when I saw him on my way in from cl*****
Monday. Guess He finally listened to his voice mail where I detailed
exactly what I had going on this week. Well finally caught up on all
back rent and even managed to overpay by $9 which will be taken off of
January's rent!
I have$0.90 cents, cup of tea at the cafeteria Monday and liquid to
keep me going through class.
