The right hand of the three red lights is on continuously and the machine
will not work. Sometimes, opening the machine and removing and
reinstalling
the used grounds tray and the brew group clears it for one brew, but often
not and the problem is getting worse. Where is the "open door" sensor,
which
I guess is the problem? Is this a known fault?
