As an electronics R&D technician, I'd love to work on development of the 
first and only coffee maker with a circulating hot water tank that could 
preheat the water to any user desired setting in the range from 190-208 
degrees with a control knob, and show the exact temperature on a digital 
readout, accurate to .1 degree F.

What coffee that would make!
