Where?

http://www.virtualcoffee.com/April_2000/decaf.html

Temperature
The coffee brewer should produce a brew water temperature of 200 degrees
F (+ or - 5 degrees).

http://www.sweetmarias.com/grind.brew.html

Brew at the correct temperature! Ideal water temperature for brewing is
195 to 200 degrees. Bring your water to a boil, wait at least 1-2
minutes, and brew.

http://www.ineedcoffee.com/00/08/drip/

Water temperature is crucial to the proper extraction of the flavor
molecules from the ground coffee. The recommended brewing temperature of
coffee is 95-98 ºC. ( converts to 203-208 F )

http://www.amazon.com/gp/richpub/syltguides/fullview/27LUZ2NM07XK9

Coffee should be brewed between 195 and 205 degrees F. The correct
temperature is critical in order to extract the proper flavors from the
ground coffee.

I found the following information at http://www.thecoffeefaq.com:
The
Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) prescribes a brewing
temperature of 197.6 - 204.8 degrees F

Indeed:

http://www.thecoffeefaq.com/1thebasics.html#besttemp

For coffee brewing, the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA)
prescribes a water temperature of 92 - 96 degrees C (195 - 205 degrees
F); see The Basics of Brewing Coffee by SCAA Executive Director Ted
Lingle.
