No, not true. This Kontakt machine that I have, puts out 156 degree 
water.

From what I've gathered, the best temps for making good coffee, are 
between 200 and 208 degrees. Some people say 200 and another article I 
found said that the scientific best temp range is from 203-208.

Yet most drip machines only make it between 150 and 190. If a machine 
makes it at 200, those machines can cost $200 just because of that, like 
the Tehnivorm 741.
