I use a Melitta filter cone that sits on my coffee mug.

I also have a 2-cup coffee electric drip coffee maker.  Can't tell
you where I found it -- somewhere on-line.

Since those electric ones 'pump' their hot water by boiling it, they
all put out water that is over 200 degrees. 

Or, did you want it no more than 200 degrees?
