Post Cleaning and Descaling of your espresso machines!

Post Cleaning and Descaling of your beloved espresso machine

If you haven't had your machine cleaned in a long time and finally get
around cleaning and descaling it - don't forget you may have to change
the way you're dosing your espresso.

After the clean out - your espresso may develop a bitter taste because
the machine will be pumping more water and quicker too(to much water
over coffee can cause a bitter taste). Try increasing the amount of
coffee you dose and see if it solves the problem.

One of my customers called recently saying her espresso was garbage
and it took us a long time and a lot of head banging before we figured
it out.

Hope it helps!
