It may be an excellent book, but I really find your ****lling of it rather
boring. I had a similar book, also 150 menus and recipes, wines and foods
to go with them, how to serve and much more. I spent several months on
another NG looking for a good home for it. I'm gifting it to someone,
including postage. The postal service will pick it up in the morning. Try
it. It might make you feel good. ;-)

I've known US vets who served as far back as the Spanish American War.
