Use kosher salt from the Jewish supermarket, it does the job, its non
dionized, the only thing is with cheese salt thats it is flaky, so it
" melts " easier, that could make a different sometimes, but in my
noble opinion for the home maker who does not want to spent much money
on those " specialized " things from cheese shops it does the job
