This guy has a lot to say about pizza! The only thing I disagree with
him about is Modern Pizza in New Haven, but DH does there sometimes
because it is less crowded, and open during the day, if I am correct.
But he did give a few other New Haven (West Haven, etc) pizza parlors
that I didn't know about.
On a personal note, I like the fact that he showed pictures of the
dough he made in his DLX machine. That's my guy!
Geez, it's kinda scary the way he gets his oven up to 800=BA. I'd hate
to try this; I have the highest deductible fire insurance as I live
'off the beaten path.' Fun reading.
