Kyrol Flour

by "Alan Zelt" <alzelt@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 20, 2008 at 02:18 AM

Although I don't bake enough now to be concerned about the price of flour
(when one considers what the price of bread is), I browse the local Costco

Business Store to see what is what. Today I noticed that in addition to
the
basic ConAgra bleached A/P and bleached bread flour, I noticed a new
addition to this Seattle location:Kyrol Flour from ConAgra. I didn't see
any
indicator that it was bleached, too. It was not labeled bread flour. But,
this 50lb sack was going for $25. Not a shabby price.

When I got home, I Googled until I found out that this flour is 14%
protein,
right up there with Wheat Montana. Can anyone shed any light on this
flour?
Truth be known is what the hell would I do with 50lbs!!
