Not far out Dick. The tins are back in stock and measure 3.75" x 2.75" x
1.75". Volume-wise they are one ninth of my large tin, but I elected to
use
10 mini tins. I tried 15mins at 190C/375F removed from tins and baked for
another 5mins.

The loaves aren't uniform in shape, probably due to my stretching the
dough,
when trying to divide into 10. However, I'm quite pleased as this is my
first attempt with the mini's and my first using rye flour (75% white 25%
rye).

Slightly chewier texture to my regular white/wholewheat, is this normal
with
rye. I detected a slightly nutty taste, but my wife didn't. Crust was
quite
thin and soft. Apologies for the picture quality, my next upgrade will be
a
decent camera. :-)
