Yes that's a neat idea. Sadly cookware shop is out of stock, but they are
on
order. Went into a healthfood shop in Plymouth (Devon) and bought the rye
and polenta that you mentioned elsewhere. They also sold 'Spelt' flour ??
anyone used this before?
